Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

When you sign up, you provide your organization name, type, mission statement, program focus, geography, budget range, contact name, and email address. We collect this to match you to relevant federal grant opportunities. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance.

2. How We Use It

We use your organization profile solely to filter and match federal grant opportunities for your weekly digest. We use your email address to send your digest and service communications. We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties except as required to operate the service (Stripe for billing, Brevo for email delivery).

3. Email Delivery

Digest emails are sent via Brevo. Brevo processes your email address to deliver your digest. Brevo's privacy policy is available at brevo.com. You can unsubscribe at any time through the billing portal link in every digest.

4. Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com.

5. Data Retention

We retain your organization profile and email address for as long as your subscription is active. When you cancel, we retain your information for 90 days and then delete it. You may request immediate deletion by emailing hello@grantsinbox.com.

6. Cookies

We use no tracking cookies and no third-party advertising cookies. We may use a single session cookie for form functionality.

7. Your Rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@grantsinbox.com. We will respond within 30 days.
