Terms of Service
1. The Service
GrantsInbox is a subscription service that monitors publicly available federal grant databases and delivers matched grant opportunities to subscribers by email. We are not a grant application service, a consulting firm, or affiliated with any federal agency or Grants.gov.
2. What You're Paying For
A $19/month subscription gives you weekly Monday email digests of federal grant opportunities matched to your organization profile. You provide your mission, program focus, geography, and eligibility information at signup. We use that profile to filter and match opportunities.
3. What We Don't Guarantee
We do not guarantee that any grant in your digest is one your organization will qualify for or be awarded. Grant eligibility is determined solely by the awarding federal agency. We do not review your applications, provide grant writing services, or advise on eligibility. Opportunities may close, change, or be withdrawn after we surface them.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal link included in every digest email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
5. Founding Subscriber Pricing
If you subscribed during the founding period, your rate is locked for 90 days from your subscription start date. After 90 days, your subscription transitions to the standard rate in effect at that time. We will notify you by email before any price change takes effect.
6. Your Information
You provide us with your organization's mission and program information at signup. We use this solely to match you to grant opportunities. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with federal agencies. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
7. Acceptable Use
You may use GrantsInbox for your own organization's grant discovery. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute digest content to third parties or use it to build competing services.
8. Limitation of Liability
GrantsInbox is provided as-is. We are not liable for missed grants, inaccurate matches, service interruptions, or any damages arising from use of or reliance on the service. Our total liability to you in any month is capped at the amount you paid us that month.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
